First, I hope everyone reading this is staying safe and healthy. I’m at home in Brooklyn and in between working, trying new recipes, eating, and attending virtual dance parties, I’m remaining in good spirits and staying indoors. As much as I’ve planned for the launch of En Soleil over the past 9 months, the possibility of a global pandemic bringing the nation (and the world) to a screeching halt never entered my mind, yet… here we are.

I wanted to share a few updates on En Soleil, and the progress we’ve made as we countdown the days to our launch in June! As of now, we are moving forward as planned! We are remaining hopeful that this will subside as the weather warms up, and are extremely excited for En Soleil’s 3 month residency at the Refinery Hotel June 1- August 31.

I’ve been overwhelmed with the amount of support and collaboration that other companies and fellow founders have shown and I can’t wait to introduce them to you all!

With NYC being the center of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have thoughtfully selected the furniture and layout of En Soleil, to give guests ample amounts of space and comfort, and will be taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the space and all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between each use.

We have raised over $5000 on our iFundWomen crowdfunding campaign from people who believe in our vision and we are truly humbled and grateful for the outpouring of support!
